Lifetime Upgrade Not Unlocking Prompt Save

This sucks! I twice purchased an upgrade. In fact, I purchased the lifetime access to the software only to be able to save more than ten prompts in the prompt library in the notebook LM prompt library section. And I still can't save my 11th prompt. It keeps pushing me to this page asking me to upgrade again. How am I supposed to be able to save the eleventh prompt? What do I have to do?
