Lifetime Membership Double-Billed and Podcast Locked

I'm having issues with Kortex where I signed up for lifetime membership but cannot access the podcast feature. I tried to sign back in and I was billed twice now for lifetime. can you please correct the issue, credit me back for the duplicate billing, and give me access to the podcast feature.
